The OAC-4000-DI is an advanced outdoor air controller with a single integrated duct insertion probe designed for precise airflow measurement and control. It interfaces with BACnet MS/TP CO2 sensors and occupancy counters for demand control ventilation (DCV). It modulates a proportional damper actuator or variable speed fan to maintain airflow when an external binary trigger is active. The controller optimizes CO2-DCV by adjusting outdoor airflow between user-defined limits based on a fixed CO2 setpoint or occupancy levels using a built-in algorithm or external counter. It supports full BACnet MS/TP integration with read/write privileges and offers an optional RS-485 signal isolator for isolated networks.
